Guest guest
If you're not against medicinal use of some meat products, then you may wish to switch from flax to fish oil capsules to get your Omega-3 fatty acids. Flax, it seems, gives you not only the good Omega-3s but also the very bad Omega-6s. They actually promote heart disease and so on. Fish oil capsules don't have Omega-6 in them. Just a thought. As I say, beta-blockers prescribed for my high blood pressure actually lifted the fight-or-fight tension I'd lived under all my life up until then. It was amazing, a revelation finally to calm down inside. Like hearing birds in the woods for the first time. In any case, be well. --Gene On Sunday, June 1, 2003, at 12:09 AM, wrote: > Message: 25 > Sat, 31 May 2003 22:09:33 -0700 (PDT) > starfrog <starfrog1969 > Re: None of Us Are > > > THANK YOU!!!!
