We were raised on skim milk exactly to avoid this, as our pediatrician

knew of milk's allergic properties.

Now we use SilkSoy soy milk, exclusively, dairy being pretty grim.

I was raised on 2% milk. I switched to skin milk several years ago and I still

have trouble with my sinuses. I haven't had anymore dairy in a few days now so I

hope my sinuses clear up soon.
