Not frivolous on MCD's part; they obviously fear this critic's influence

and seek to crush him with their legal apparatus. This is typical of

corporate mentality these days, when to criticize is considered " disloyal,

unpatriotic, and an attack " .

 

Truth is, the most patriotic, or those most concerned, are the harshest

critics.
