They make excellent fat free refried beans.

Why bend over backwards to accomodate tastes that will change as their

palate changes anyway? Serve what you serve and let them adjust.

Their choice, and not at all harmful. Remember you Dr. Spock: Kids will

eat what and when they want, and will be fine.

kids were incredibly stubborn and willing themselves to puke. lol

Oh hell, get a good Veggie cookbook or consult Feral's magnificent

database at this club for an array of recipes.

You should stop worrying about that. Name a food without protein in it.

Also, do you realize how little we need per day?

Again, consult the files here, they are incredible, and consider picking

up a good cookbook or so, Linda McCartney's being ones we use all the time.
