Guest guest
I knew I spelled it wrong. *lol* I couldn't think of how to describe it, so I looked up more info on what retailers say it is. I was told of it from a friend who is into organic foods and I buy it in the bulk bins of a local grocery store, but you can also find it in packaged boxes in the baking isle, too. snip>>Organic Sucanat granulated cane juice is made by blending together the two sweeteners that typical sugar processing separates- sugar and molasses. Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Plantation-Milled Sugar and Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Blackstrap Molasses are blended together to create Organic Sucanat. It's the molasses in Organic Sucanat that makes it a unique sweetener containing vitamins, minerals and trace elements which are found naturally in the sugar cane plant. Organic Sucanat has a wonderful hint of molasses flavor that complements many foods and beverages. It has a lower sucrose level (< 91%) than most other refined cane sweeteners (99.9%) and contains no additives or preservatives. Guest guest
I missed the beginning of this thread, but I use Turbinado; band name is " Sugar in the Raw " " made using 100% pure Hawaiian cane sugar from the initial pressing of the cane, allowing the natural molasses to remain in the crystals " http://www.sugarintheraw.com/ ~Pixx On 27 May 2003 at 9:14, ~Janice~ wrote: > Your spelling wasn't that far off.
