I hope you all have a safe and pleasant Memorial weekend

holiday. According to the Mothers Against Drunk Driving, this

weekend is the worst for alcohol related traffic accidents, so be

careful out there.

 

Here in my town we have an event called the Boatnik. It is

loud jetboat races up and down the Rogue River. There is a

parade on Saturday downtown and starting tonight at the park

there is a carnival. My kids love going there and getting the

wristbands to ride the rides. I can't do rides at all, but I enjoy

people watching and checking out the craft booths.
