I even have this perfect lil knife, small enough to use that on a bulb of garlic. It actually works nicely and I don't have to fiddle with the garlic press which doesn't do a good job (cheapo) and just gets blocked and messy. That poor Kerr. I've seen a couple of episodes where the outter portions of his oven caught fire. There was even one epi. where a small pot of fat and I believe broth literally blew up in his face. They actually aired the program. He came back and finished the show off after washing and make-up. That's a trooper for ya...er maybe a clumsy one, but funny.
