LOL Since I became diabetic and pay much more strict attention to such things, I'm astounded how easy it is to overeat in this culture. North Americans are grazing HOGS. I remember a restaurant in Chicago that'll bring you enough food to feed THREE people. Regulars ask for a takeout box at the beginning of the meal.
