Guest guest Posted May 12, 2003 Report Share Posted May 12, 2003 BAKED ORZO AND VEGETABLES ------------------------- 4 cups hot cooked rosamarina (orzo) pasta 1 cup chopped tomato 1 cup cooked or canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 2 tablespoons bread crumbs 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon pesto 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 eggs 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained Heat oven to 350.
