Guest guest Posted May 9, 2003 Report Share Posted May 9, 2003 Horseradish Sauce 1/4 cup prepared horseradish 1 1/2 tsp vinegar 1 Tbs prepared mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vegetarian Worcestershire 4 drops hot pepper sauce 1 cup whipping cream, whipped In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream. Chill. Serve with vegetables or all manner of veggie deli " meats " .
