Guest guest
Funny you mention meat being muscle. It's that very terminology that turned me away from it as a child. I asked my mother one time what it was exactly that we were eating when we ate meat (knowing it came off an animal) and she told me it was their muscles and I remember being incredibly grossed out. I think I was maybe 4 or 5 at the time. I tried to put it out of mind my as best I could because my mom told me I couldn't be a vegetarian (I remember asking her). She told me she wasn't going to fix a bunch of meals for everyone. So, I waited until I was a teenager and could assert my independence. They are protein, never were meat, never can be meat per se, meat being muscle. Eggs we eat are unfertilized, and consequently are nothing but the liquid protein the chick would eat if the egg were fertilized. The New Search - Faster. Easier. Bingo.
