Just stumbled across the fact that the herb Comfrey, when used as a whole plant (rather than a tincture) contains vitamin B12. This is good news to vegans, who might be having a hard time naturally getting this vitamin. But be forewarned, Comfrey has an, um, distinct odor.... Happy herbing!
