I have to agree - here I am after taking my hounds for their morning

walk along the river, sipping on *my* tea and absolutely *delighting* in

these wonderful recipes. I have made a folder for them too ;=) I want to

try them *all*!!! And wouldn't major 'festivals' in our year - around

Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year, birthdays, whatever, be

enhanced by some of those sweet dishes!

Thanks, Lee-Gwen. Medieval stuff is one of my/our weaknesses too - from

way back when (no, I wasn't born in Medieval times, but just after).

Best,

Pat

Good, good! My evil plan is working ... heck, before you know it, people

will start to think that medieval food is actually edible!

I find that medieval dishes can really make a feast more festive ... but

that could just be me. I guess, when I have a reliable modem connection

again, I will have to send in a bunch more (probably in contravention of

copyright ...)
