Guest guest
nrg egg replacer works pretty well as a binder for most recipes calling for eggs. i also like using flax goop (boil a couple of tablespoons of whole flax seeds in some water; the result is much like egg whites). in sweet, chocolatey things like brownies, i like to use prune puree in place of oil or egg; it works VERY well. you can make your own in the blender (add a bit of water), or buy a product called " wonderslim. " note: you can supposedly make meringue out of nrg egg replacer (so long as you don't bake it) but i haven't tried that before. http://www.melodysmusic.net
