Yes, that is name of the product.

I have never used it before. Does it have

a flavor to it or something?

I may have to buy some and test it out in

my recipes. I have always been curious about it.

In recipes that need eggs to add lift (as in baked goods)

I got good results with bit of babyfood~ pureed fruit and

add 1/2 tsp baking powder. Being a lacto-ovo I don't

always cook that way. I do like to play around with vegan

alternatives though.

Well, I have heard it is great for baked goods, but I haven't tried it

yet, though, so I cant say how it tastes. It just seemed to me that it

may be more obvious [for lack of a better word] in the fries recipe,

but I may be wrong.

I have just recently found out about the baby food trick! I think it

was you, PT, who mentioned it on list a while back. Haven't tried

that yet either! LOL!

We just recently moved, and I really haven't gotten into too much

cooking for a while now [still not completely settled in].............It's

pretty much been raw, or take out.

There is no flavor to EnerG egg replacer. It works well in recipes, though! I

don't know that I would care to use it on french fries, though. I would either

make the french fries plain with seasoning or use margarine or olive oil.
