hello I thought I would share a favorite vegetarian recipe I

created. now I'm not too sure how to file it in the files but if

someone else wants to they are welcome to as long as they say I

created it. I also dont write recipes neat so bear with me. ok here

goes....now the amounts of some of the things can varie depending on

how hot you like things....for the filling you want one can

vegetarian refried beans prf bearitos spicy, one cup uncle bens

instant brown rice(hey it seasons up better than long cook), 1-3

tbsp hot sauce prf pico pica, 5-15 green chile peppers, 1-3 tbsp

butter or margarine, pack of flour tortillas whatever size you want

and if you want to get creative get some fresh cilantro. ok you have

to use a charcoal bbq no gas grills. I like using the tower

newspaper charcoal lighter the best no yucky gas fumes. ok fill

that up and light it up and let it get going while doing that bring

1 1/2 cups water to a boil (I like using a little more than the box

says) throw in the btr or mgrn and the hot sauce when it comes to a

boil throw in the rice and cook it for ten minutes maybe a little

more, also if you choose to use cilantro you can throw it in at any

point and then stir in the beans then turn it off let the mixture

sit. by this time the fire should be ready outside. when cooking the

chiles use hot tongs and try to get the skin almost fully burnt but

not seared all the way thru you dont want to ruin the flesh inside

you gotta turn them alot its a little tricky but the taste is worth

it. if the peppers get soft and flimzy you did it right. now let

them cool a little. then remove the skin and seeds the skin should

just peel right off if its burnt just right. now chop up the peppers

and mix them into the bean and rice mixture. then warm up the

tortillas to soften them however you want to do that like over the

stove or whatever then put in some filling and roll it up while

tuckking in the ends. if you want you can fry them in a little oil

to make them crispy.enjoy you might haved to try it a few times to

get it the way you like it
