Guest guest Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 this is another candida diet recipe. i would top this crust with a homemade pesto (without parm. cheese) and top with my favortie veggies. it wasn't like real pizza, but it was ok. yeast-free wheat-free pizza crust 3 1/2 cup spelt flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. vitamin c cyrstals (found at health food stores) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup canola oil 1 1/4 cup water mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients. add together and mix. push dough out into a greased pizza pan. bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 - 30 minutes.
