Guest guest Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 Chili Popcorn 3 quarts popped popcorn 2 Tbs butter or margarine, melted 1 Tbs Dijon mustard 2 Tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 ground cumin Place popcorn in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over the popcorn and toss until well coated. Yield: 3 quarts Nutritional Analysis: One 1-cup serving (prepared with reduced-fat margarine) equals 68 calories, 204mg sodium, 0 cholesterol, 7gm carbohydrate, 1gm protein, 4g fat.
