Soy Milk Cookery

Can you cook with soy milk????? I tried in my standard macaroni

and

cheese once, and the whole thing tasted like vanilla. It wasn't

vanilla soy milk either. I think it was eden soy.

 

Any thoughts???

Yes, you can cook with it, but be sure you haven't bought a Soy Drink.

Those tend to be sweetened or flavored and are not pure, plain soy milk.
