Guest guest
This is one of the few healthy and fat-free gravies! It is great on mashed potatoes, also good on loaves, over grains, etc. Nutritional Yeast Gravy 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup whole wheat or regular flour 2 cups water 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoons soy sauce Mix first water and flour in saucepan. Turn on heat to medium/high and slowly add remaining water, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a gentle boil, stirring frequently, and heat until thickened.
