Hello,

Do you know what I can take to ease morning sickness?

Lots of spices, and healing herbal teas have

helped greatly, thanks. :)

hi meschell,

ginger, peppermint, or red raspberry leaf teas are all

helpful for morning sickness. but, like pt said,

check with your dr.

when i was pregnant, i found it helpful to eat several

small meals throughout the day to ease nausea. i also

kept crackers to nibble on next to my bed and also

carried them in my purse. it seemed that as long as i

kept some food in my stomach at all times, i was ok.

luckily, i didn't have any problems with morning

sickness after the first trimester. how far along are

you?

good luck,

susie

Hi,

I am still in my 1st trimester, unfortunitly! I am trying peppermint

tea(caffeine free) and it is working. I also try to keep something on my

stomach at all times.

Thanks so much,

Meschell
