Guest guest
hi meschell, ginger, peppermint, or red raspberry leaf teas are all helpful for morning sickness. but, like pt said, check with your dr. when i was pregnant, i found it helpful to eat several small meals throughout the day to ease nausea. i also kept crackers to nibble on next to my bed and also carried them in my purse. it seemed that as long as i kept some food in my stomach at all times, i was ok. luckily, i didn't have any problems with morning sickness after the first trimester. how far along are you? good luck, susie --- Kennether Macon <mrsmacon903 wrote: > > Hello, > Do you know what I can take to ease morning > sickness? > Meschell > ~ P_T ~ <patchouli_troll wrote:It is > still there, but just slightly. > Lots of spices, and healing herbal teas have > helped greatly, thanks. > > ~ PT ~ > > Blot out vain pomp; check impulse; quench appetite; > keep reason under its own control. > - Marcus Aurelius, " The Meditations " > ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~~~~~~~~~~> > , " _- > matrixenos -_ " < > matrixenos@h...> wrote: > > > LOL, how cute. Guest guest
Hi, I am still in my 1st trimester, unfortunitly! I am trying peppermint tea(caffeine free) and it is working. I also try to keep something on my stomach at all times. Thanks so much, Meschell " artichoke72x " <artichoke72x wrote:hi meschell, ginger, peppermint, or red raspberry leaf teas are all helpful for morning sickness. but, like pt said, check with your dr. when i was pregnant, i found it helpful to eat several small meals throughout the day to ease nausea. i also kept crackers to nibble on next to my bed and also carried them in my purse. it seemed that as long as i kept some food in my stomach at all times, i was ok. luckily, i didn't have any problems with morning sickness after the first trimester. how far along are you? good luck, susie --- Kennether Macon <mrsmacon903 wrote: > > Hello, > Do you know what I can take to ease morning > sickness?
