Guest guest Posted April 1, 2003 Report Share Posted April 1, 2003 I use a few slices of Field Roast, a meatless deli kind of meat, in my Reubens, which is what they use at Wild Oats markets for their vegetarian Reuben. To make it really work, add some fat free Thousand Islands Dressing.
