Guest guest Posted March 27, 2003 Report Share Posted March 27, 2003 This is a fabulous spice blend that I find many uses for. My son loves it sprinkled on his baked potatoes. I use it in my viniagrettes, stews, soups; anywhere I want a little zip. Cajun Seasoning Blend 2 Tbs salt 1 to 2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp pepper In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Yield: about 1/4 cup ~ PT ~ It seems to me that trying to live without friends is like milking a bear to get cream for your coffee.
