Especially the portobello mushrooms and the tempeh kabobs which i can eat as their vegan. I was quite excited by the tempeh recipe because i've just bought 2 packets of the stuff and am not sure what i do with it! I've been trying to get hold of it for ages since you guys mentioned it some months ago, and found it this weekend in town. Yay! But its currently sitting in my freezer until i feel adventurous enough to give it a go. May try the kabobs this weekend. Another easy way to prepare it on the grill is to just cut the cakes in half, making 2 squarish " burgers " , brush them with a little oil (I prefer olive oil) and your favorite BBQ sauce.
