Fluffy Grasshopper Pie 2 cups finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies 1/4 cup maragrine or butter, melted 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk 3 Tbs lemon juice 1/4 cup green creme de menthe 1/4 cup white creme de cacao 1 (4oz) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (1 3/4 cups) Combine the crumbs with the butter; press firmly on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill. Meanwhile, in a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the lemon juice and liqueurs. Fold in the whipped topping. Chill 20 minutes; pour into crust. Chill or freeze for 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers. ~ PT ~ What is art?
