Guest guest
Dear Mindy, This group like any other is full of humans. Try as I might, it can at times get off track and veer towards topics that I have no interest in discussing here either. Trust me when I say, that as soon as I see it, I ask it be curbed, and when it isn't I place them on moderation. I prefer to run this list in the trust that people will basically behave. Some lists, the moderator has to read every post before it hits the main page. I don't want to have to do that here, but believe me, some days I am damn tempted to reconfigure to an ALL moderated list. *lol* Anyway, enough of that... Welcome to the list. Forgive our humanity when it is ego filled, and most of all be the change you wish to see by ignoring when we fail you, and noticing with a smile when we don't. This group has many helpful members. Ask a question about food or health issues and you are more often than not going to get an informative, thoughtful answer. I hope you will stay and find it useful. If not, I wish you well on you path. Namaste. ~ PT ~ If you want others to be happy, practice compassion.
