Hi,

 

There is actually starting to be more evidence that low fat cows milks do more

damage to your bones than full-fat milk. This is because the fat content is

reduced, the proportional protein content is increased, and it is this excess

protein that is a major cause of osteoporosis.

 

If you must drink cows milk, I would *strongly* recommend you supplement your

diet with a daily calcium tablet / chew, to counteract the calcium-leaching

effects of the milk you're drinking.
