Guest guest Posted March 13, 2003 Report Share Posted March 13, 2003 Pepperoni Macaroni 1 1/4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 (12 oz) pkg. MSF crumbles 2 tsp olive oil 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 can (15 oz) or jar pizza sauce 1/2 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1/3 cup soy milk [or regular milk] 1/2 cup chopped vegetarian pepperoni 1 jar (4.5 oz) mushrooms, drained 1/2 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese, shredded Cook macaroni according to package directions. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the MSF crumbles and onion in the olive oil until the onion is soft. Drain macaroni. In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, tomatoe sauce and milk. Stir in crumbles, macaroni, pepperoni bits and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 11x7 baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute. Uncover and sprinke with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Yield: 4 to 5 servings ~ feral ~ Growth itself contains the germ of happiness. ~ Pearl S.
