Guest guest
If you don't want huge cookies, just cut them in half before baking and roll them into smaller bits. Any way you do it, these are very easy and delicious. Giant Spice Cookies 1 package (18.25 oz) spice cake mix 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup molasses 6 tsp vanilla extract In a bowl, combine the cake mix, ginger and baking soda. Stir in the water, molasses and vanilla; mix well. With floured hands roll into 10 balls. Place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets; flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes or until the surface of the cookies crack and they are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 10 cookies Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it. ~Henry David Thoreau, naturalist and author (1817-1862)
