Guest guest
This is just wonderful when spooned over a bowl of chilled fruit chunks. More of a lemony custard than a dressing per say. Lemonade Fruit Dressing 2 eggs 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup whipping cream, whipped Assorted fresh chilled fruit In a heavy saucepan, combine eggs, lemonade concentrate and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat just until mixture begins to boil. Cool to room tempurature, stirring several times. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill for about an hour. Serve over bite-sized chunks of fresh fruit that have been chilled. Yield: about 3 cups dressing ~ PT ~ To be capable of steady friendship and lasting love are the two greatest proofs, not only of goodness of heart, but of strength of mind. ~ William Hazlitt, " Characteristics "
