I'm too lazy to go hunting for it. Sorry. So, here it is again) Baked Beans 3 cups small white beans or more (depends on the size of your crockpot. More is ok. I usually just use a full bag. ) 1 tsp salt or more to taste. 1/2 c chopped onion 1/4 c molasses 1 c ketchup 1/4 c brown sugar 2 tsp dry mustard Soaking the beans overnight helps speed cooking time, but isn't necessary. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot, mix well, and fill with water. Cook on low, stirring occasionally. Simmer until the beans are tender and the sauce has thickened. If the beans have not been soaked this takes at least 24 hrs, sometimes as long as 36, depending on the size and temperature of your crockpot. They're worth the wait. -- Sherri " Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking isn't thinking of " - They Might Be Giants
