hello again, a question, and a shortcut (contains recipe: baked beans, probably duplicate)

I think I've probably posted this here before, so its likely in the

So, here it is again)

 

 

Baked Beans

3 cups small white beans or more (depends on the size of your crockpot.

More is ok. I usually just use a full bag. )

1 tsp salt or more to taste.

1/2 c chopped onion

1/4 c molasses

1 c ketchup

1/4 c brown sugar

2 tsp dry mustard

 

Soaking the beans overnight helps speed cooking time, but isn't

necessary.

 

Put all ingredients in a crock-pot, mix well, and fill with

water. Cook on low, stirring occasionally. Simmer until the beans are

tender and the sauce has thickened. If the beans have not been soaked

this takes at least 24 hrs, sometimes as long as 36, depending on the

size and temperature of your crockpot.

 

They're worth the wait.
