Only takes 15 minutes to throw together. Salsa Pinto Beans 1 small onion 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp minced fresh cilantro or parsley 1 Tbs olive oil 2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained 2/3 cup salsa In a large skillet or saucepan, saute onion, garlic and cilantro in the oil until tender. Stir in beans and salsa; heat through.
