Guest guest
I think you just blindly regurgitated globs and blobs out some ones book with out thinking much about it or even trying it out for youreslf to see if what was written was really true. Read Tom Woloshyns book on the master cleanse. Or Doct. Jensens book Tissue Cleansing. After you read it, test what it says before writing any more. I have done these cleanses for 45 days. I have done pure water fasting and don't recomend it to any any one. I have read both of those books and done what they say. Psyllium, Bentonite and cleansing herbs are not clogging. They cleanse just as the books say they do. I am starting another one of these cleanses on Monday. The word stimulant is used as a buzzword to make many good things look bad. The people who are the most emaciatted are the ones who blindly follow these types of rules. Jelousy over Brian Clements and others real succes is what stimulates this type of thought. So to undue the bad you just promoted: 1.There is nothing wrong with psylium, bentonite, the lemon cleanse, colema boards, cleansing herbs etc. wrong foods do turn into black tar like blobs that clog you up and are the source of parasites, indigestion, and desease. 2. The word stimulant is a buzzword that means nothing. 3. All water fasting is not very good 4. Juicing is an excellent thing to do and does not waste any food. All of it gets used. 5. Only water is true fasting. Food in any form is a diet be it blended or juice. All of the above was written by way of direct experience, not reading and mindless regurgitation.
