" His spinach salad is unbelievable -- it's the best, " said Denise Rogers, a regular of Raw Life Foods Café, which in the past two years has become a Mecca of health in a city rife with eateries offering foods that are most often fast, fried and fatty. Raw Life Foods, where everything on the menu is raw, is the creation of Dr. LeRoy Russell, the café's owner, whose office is just across from the restaurant. Every day, he shifts between his duties as a chiropractor and those as a nutritionist.
