room in an absolutely beautiful, clean, peaceful, healthy, huge

house!! If I don't rent at least one room now, I will have to give up

the house myself, and that would be a great loss, as it's an amazing

house and rent for what we get - you have to see it!

(February 1st)! One is south and east-facing and the other faces east

and has a small balcony and large closet, both are on the third (top)

floor of a beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house in the Ravenna

neighborhood (near NE 70th St. and 23rd Ave NE). Cherry and oak

hardwood floors throughout, gas fireplace in the living room, laundry

room, dishwasher, large common room downstairs for yoga, etc,

everything completely updated and remodeled in 2004, with a large deck

and patio in the backyard, as well as a garage for extra storage.

Large full bathroom next to the rooms is shared only by these two rooms.

 

We are professionals (2 women), into a healthy lifestyle, who share a

respectful, fun, friendly, gorgeous house. Natural non-toxic household

products (bathroom, kitchen, laundry, etc) only in this house, no

smokers, and please be vegetarian or vegetarian friendly in the house.

 

Rent is $520/month for the south-facing room and $540/month for the

room with the balcony and large closet, plus shared (4 ways) utilities

(natural gas, electric, water, garbage, wifi). Windows are double

paned, and we have energy efficient lighting and toilets. One cat

possible with pet deposit.

 

2 blocks to Bus stop, Close to U Village, UW, & Ravenna Park, Quick

access to I-5 & 520.
