Video Evening

WHEN: Thursday,January 20th, 2010

Doors open 6 pm, presentation will start at 6.30 pm.

 

WHAT: We will be holding a video evening to introduce Sepp's work. We

will show the Agro Rebel among other selections.

WHERE: Gordon's Grange, Corner of Yelm Ave E and 3rd St, Yelm WA 98597

COST: $5.00 at the door.

 

2 Day Workshop.

February 6 & 7, 2010

 

The Basics: for those beginning in Perma Culture. Get to know Sepp's

journey and philosophy, as well as the concepts of the Huegelbeds,

Ponds, Kratergarden, Beekeeping etc. All permaculture is interconnected

and each topic will run delightfully into the next as questions are

asked and topics explored.

 

4 Day Advanced Workshop.

February 9 - 12

 

A more advanced and indepth look at some of the practices that make Sepp

Holzer's version of Permaculture uniquely his own. Sessions will

include practical application where possible.

 

Topics, in no particular order, will include:

 

* Use and cultivation of Medicinal & Culinary Herbs and practical

experience with the 'Bone' ointment, used to repel deer.

* Underground water reservoir - one will be built on the property for

practical application

* The Ram pump - dismantling and reassembling a ram pump, including

Sepp's improvements.

* Seedsaving - theory,methods, genetics, storage, harvesting,

* Bees - keeping, roles, genetics, surviving strains, and so much

more..

* Meat storage - learn how to keep meat for more than 20 years the

old fashioned way. Practical will be included.

* Basics of building a Huegelbed, Kratergarden, Terraces, Ponds

(theory only), Mushrooms and more!

* We have asked Sepp to speak on the topics listed above, however as

many of you know, he likes to add many other subjects and topics as the

mood and class take him.

We will also be scheduling consultations, so that all of you that wished

to have Sepp visit your property and give you the benefit of his

experience, may now take advantage of his presence here in Washington.
