Dr. Douglas Graham, author of The 80/10/10 Diet and one of the best raw food

educators in the world, will be speaking in Seattle this coming Tuesday,

September 15 at 6:30 p.m. From the Raw Network of Washington website:

http://www..org/drupal-5.8/?q=node/2536

Start: 09/15/2009 - 6:30pm

End: 09/15/2009 - 9:30pm

Strategies for Achieving Optimum Health:

Illuminating the Era/Error of Raw Foods

Dr. Graham's experience in the raw movement spans decades. In this time he

has seen how the raw foods diet was once based on fruits, vegetables, nuts

and seeds and transformed into one of supplements, superfoods, specialty

oils, gourmet salt and other expensive repeat consumable products. Now

finely tuned marketing has turned the raw-food movement into nothing more

than a display for modern snake oil.

In this lecture Dr. Graham will discuss the importance and superiority of

whole food nutrition, soothe fears about fruit, and offer common sense

health guidance that will last a lifetime. The time has come for the raw

foods diet to return to its roots and learn to live well on and love whole,

fresh, ripe, raw, organic, plants.
