parent or legal guardian. **NOTE**: T-shirts and DVD packages must be

picked up from Daniel Johnson and will not be shipped except by

negotiation. ***NOTE*** Australian " Along for the Ride " DVD is in PAL

format and may not play on your NTSC DVD player, however, most DVD PC

Digital and MPEG audio. Some PCs can only display the converted video

on the computer monitor, but others can output it as a video signal

for a TV. This is a clothing-optional, family-friendly and private

event. It is also a participatory event among friends in a family-

friendly atmosphere. To ensure we are all among friends and people who

understand our values we are making the event semi-private,

restricting attendance to people who are know to be in good terms in

multiple networks including the greater Seattle arts community, World

Pumpkin Run, Burning Man Community networks and friends, families and

coworkers. All participants must follow host (Thrive) rules, unless

otherwise specified. Photography and videography of the event will be

strictly regulated by the organizers. Photography will be allowed only

on pre-approval of the organizers and for only a set amount of time in

set locations; no one will ever be photographed without his or her

explicit and informed permission. In short, cameras, PDAs, and mobile

phones will not be allowed in the restaurant without prior

arrangements. Participants understand this is a private event and they

may be asked by event staff to modify their behavior and/or leave. If

there is ANY reason for the WNBR Seattle Fundraiser directors to think

that a person may be attempting to attend any of the WNBR Seattle

Fundraiser for an inappropriate reason, he or she will be refused

admittance. No one under 18 will be allowed into Thrive without his or

her parent or legal guardian. All applicants may be required to

provide information for and must pass an inquiry made to the National

Sex Offender Public Registry (NSOPR). Information provided for this

inquiry must be confirmed with a Washington State driver license or

Washington State identification card. For more information on this

procedure, please send your full name and full address including the

name of the county you reside to Daniel Johnson at the e-mail address

given above before attending a event.

To your health!
