I spent most of my time there in the kitchen preparing banana splits

for everyone (130), as well as prepping for my classes, etc. I spent a

little time at my booth. I did get to listen to Gabriel Cousen, MD.

The meals were excellent, the people were great, the weather was

great. I love being in the fresh air out in the wooded area of the

campus. Even though I worked too much for the long weekend, I still

had a lot of fun!
