She has some great recipes for raw as well as other things about her life. Please check it out. I had heard of fraudulent activity where corn syrup is introduced but not disclosed, but it sounds like I would be safer throwing it out until some reforms have been made. I need more variety than dates, so will try raisin, juiced pear, and maybe cheat a little with maple syrup.
