Raw dishes at 105degrees to offer healthy diet option: Living Cuisine:

Concept coming to fruition; restaurant to open in September

Jul 15, 2009 (The Oklahoman - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services

via COMTEX) A raw food restaurant and culinary institute will open in

September in the new Classen Curve shopping center, becoming the first

confirmed tenant in the retail area near Chesapeake Energy Corp.

 

The project, called 105degrees, will feature a cafe with a dining area

in front of a large, open kitchen, 14-foot bamboo ceilings, a large

oval juice and wine bar, and an outdoor patio facing the interior of

Classen Curve.
