I recommend ordering your own annual supply and refrigerating them. Almonds are only harvested once per year so when you buy later in the year, the nuts may or may not have been stored properly, which affects their digestibility. I do store them properly but in past years my supply has run out within a few months of harvest (although I have ordered more this year).
