I've added more Omega 3s and cinnamon to my diet and no more shakes, no more cheese! Yippie! Thanks so much!!! I've been battling with this trying-to-give-up-cheese thing for months. Cheers! I'm inclined to believe the claims that not all Omega 3s are the same, and there is a lot we don't know about foods, and so it might be helpful for me to know exactly what you tried that got such a quick positive change. Though I can't eat cheese, I've been having similar problems, and so it might be a good idea for me to try the specific Omega 3 foods you did.
