1. A food having all of the essential amino acids (as almost do) does not

mean it is a complete protein!

2. Beans may cause gas only if not consumed properly

3. Omega-6 imbalance is why people weigh so much, Omega-3 will make one

weigh less. Again, fat is not the problem, but the type of fat.

4. I'll be sure and bring a sign that says ZERO also.

Meat industry propaganda designed to make people think that plants are

inferior to dead animals. Are you on their payroll too?

Great, and these signs could come in handy for all kinds of things. You

could take them to meetings with prospective girlfriends, for instance.
