Guest guest
Jeff: I never said that those amino acids didn't exist in other sources, simply most other vegan sources do not contain a high enough amount of them. It's not my theory. Common knowledge. The essential amino acids that are prominent in beans and low in other vegan foods are: 1. Lysine 2. Methionine 3. Tryptophan
Guest guest
That is not what you had said. You had written that we " need " beans/ legumes, that " one must consume " them. Those are not accurate statements. The common knowledge is that the amino acids do exist elsewhere. That is why this discussion ensued. Please be more careful in the use of you words to be more accurate in their meaning. Thanks, Jeff > I never said that those amino acids didn't exist in other sources, > simply > most other vegan sources do not contain a high enough amount of them. > > It's not my theory.
