Guest guest
Jeff: I am more that a little shocked that you didn't know that! I think that we must not be communicating clearly over email. If one wants to rely on vegan sources for their protein one must consume bean/legumes or hemp. Hemp is one of the few complete sources of protein in the vegan diet (land based) and should be consumed by every vegan often! For instance in the book of Ezekiel chapter 4 verse 9 Adonai gives instruction for Ezekiel to make what is commonly known these days as " Ezekiel Bread. " It turns out that the combo of beans & grains recommended is highest level of completeness of any protein! Vegan or animal! <http://geo./serv?s=97359714/grpId=3344134/grpspId=1705129295/msgId =14193/stime=1244494602/nc1=5191954/nc2=3848641/nc3=4025304>
Guest guest
Jim, Repeating your statement doesn't explain the science/facts behind it or give it more credibility. As I requested in a previous email, what amino acid(s) are present in the beans/legumes that exist in NO other plant-based foods and are not produced in the body, which require that humans to consume beans/legumes? Maybe I didn't " know that " because it is not true!? I keep an open mind regarding nutrition, so please explain your theory.
