Mark:

You seem as if you are bitter and are acting as if you are an authority....

1. Since you maintain that greens are a complete protein you should have no

problem naming at least a dozen land greens that are?

2. One needs bean/legumes to form a complete source of vegan protein.

3. I said that eating tree ripened fruit often is not possible, not ever.

Your intent seems to be to distort my remarks.

4. Clearly in the local diet the further one gets away from the equator the

higher the amount of fat in the local diet.

5. You know what I meant by local/natural diet.

6. Adonai told us what we needed to know in Genesis 1:29. The rest of the

inspired word of Adonai goes into great detail about health. Living the way

Adonai intended can be easily understood by anyone what wants to.

I still look forward to meeting you and seeing how healthy you look!

Jim,

>You seem as if you are bitter and are acting as if you are an authority....

Most people who taste me tell me I am sweet.

>1. Since you maintain that greens are a complete protein you should have no

Yes, no problem, but due to time constraints I'll just name three. Romaine,

kale and lambsquarters. All have all of the recommended amino acids.

Sources:

and Green for Life, Victoria Boutenko.

>2. One needs bean/legumes to form a complete source of vegan protein.

I'm beginning to think you are employed by the bean/legume industry. Don't

you know that flatulence contributes to global warming?

>3. I said that eating tree ripened fruit often is not possible, not ever.

My humble apologies, I missed the word " often. " Your score goes up from 2

to 3.

>4. Clearly in the local diet the further one gets away from the equator the

And you can see the evidence of all that fat in peoples' waists. But some

of us refuse to go along with the mind-numbed masses.

>5. You know what I meant by local/natural diet.

Natural diet, yes, that's the one I eat! Local, I don't know. I see the

locals eating all kinds of different diets. Chinese, Mexican, Thai, etc.

>6. Adonai told us what we needed to know in Genesis 1:29. The rest of the

Whatever inspires you to be healthy is good.

Are you going to hold up a sign with a number? Be sure to bring one that

says " 10. "
