I'm glad your overall athletic performance is better than it ever was but that is not proof that the 80/10/10 is the way to eat. Percentages don't matter. But I wouldn't say that health and fitness have nothing to do with each other. To be truly healthy, a person needs to be fit, IMO. Plus you feel better, look better, and sleep better. And you're better able to defend yourself (or run away) when confronted with danger. Genesis 1:29 was a little light on the details. But if that's sufficient for you, cool.
