Hemp There are several new sources as well... I didn't bother to list Omega 6 because it is easily found, but hemp is the best source. There are MANY nutritional issues that make Hemp unique and of GREAT value and GLA is one of them! I meant to say those sources I listed are not significant sources of Omega NOT that they don't contain any.
